Pagrotsky

With the Lans case as background the Swedish Minister for Industry and Trade, Leif Pagrotsky, has written one letter to the US Attorney General, John Ashcroft, and another one to the EU Commissioner for Trade, Pascal Lamy. In these letters Pagrotsky expresses his and the Swedish Government's concern about the treatment of foreign innovators in the US legal system. Here are the links to the letters:
